Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is currently developing a service network to provide technical assistance to State Energy Program (SEP) and Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) recipients. A request for interested parties to support the development of this network was issued by ORNL from July 31–November 2, 2009, and a bidder's list including 45 interested organizations was developed. On November 3, ORNL issued solicitation materials to these organizations; proposals are due by 4 p.m. on December 7, 2009. Interested parties should contact the organizations on the bidders list (PDF 47 KB).
