Weatherization Program Technical Assistance Center (WAPTAC)

WAPTAC is a technical resource for people involved in providing weatherization services and programs around the country and sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy and the National Association for State and Community Service Programs.

Oak Ridge National Laboratory Weatherization Support Program

Oak Ridge (ORNL) analysts and engineers provide technical support for DOE's Weatherization Program, and especially importantly, they conduct evaluations that verify energy savings.
