The U.S. Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program publishes some non-technical documents that describe what the program does and its accomplishments in lay terms. In addition, the Weatherization Assistance Program Technical Assistance Center (WAPTAC) lists similar documents published by DOE and others in its documents library.
