Plus-Opportunities for the 21st Century
This report by the Millennium Committee, published in April 1999, lays out a strategy for expanding the scope of the DOE Weatherization Program. The expanded scope includes adopting a whole-house approach and incorporating advanced energy efficiency technologies into the traditional weatherization services provided to low-income households. Through this approach, energy savings and leverage of Program funds will increase, emissions of pollutants will decrease, and our nation's communities will enjoy improved economic health and sustainability.
