Thousands of energy experts gathered at the National Weatherization Training Conference July 20–23 in Indianapolis to discuss delivering energy efficiency services to low-income households. With more than $5 billion in funding for weatherization from the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, more low-income families than ever before are having their homes tuned-up by these energy experts.
