Federal Regulations Dealing With Weatherization
DOE's Weatherization Assistance Program publishes federal rules governing administration for the states and weatherization agencies online at the Weatherization Assistance Program Technical Assistance Center (WAPTAC). Among others, these include cost principles that apply to nonprofit agencies receiving federal funding and other rules governing use of funds, etc.
The Weatherization Assistance Program Technical Assistance Center (WAPTAC) publishes an archive and online a list of all Weatherization Program rules and guidance documents.

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) publishes several guidance documents and forms necessary for states and nonprofit agencies to receive federal funding.
