Tribal Energy Program peer reviews are a critical, formal, and documented evaluation process. To assist program managers and staff in improving program performance, qualified and independent reviewers judge the program's:
- Technical, scientific, and business merit
- Actual or anticipated results
- Productivity and management effectiveness.
