The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity released guidelines for its fiscal year 2007 Renewable Energy Resources Small Wind Grant Program. Under this program, the Department is providing up to 50% of eligible project costs for small wind energy conversion systems. The maximum grant is $25,000.
