Massachusetts Recommends PV Training and Certification
MTC released a report on September 4 listing the benefits and disadvantages of establishing a training and certification program for installers of solar electric PV systems in the state. In the report, MTC proposes a policy that goes into effect over time and involves voluntary certification at first. As for training, it recommends establishing a regional training center with other states in the Northeast. Read the report.
