Connecticut Launches Solar Electric Program
The Connecticut Clean Energy Fund launched a program on October 20th that aims to install photovoltaic (PV) systems on commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings in the state. The Fund will use $1 million it collected from a systems benefits charge on the state's electricity consumers to fund the program. See the CCEF press release.
