States Accelerate 2006 Change a Light

State governors and energy offices are crucial partners in the 2006 ENERGY STAR® Change a Light, Change the World Campaign. This year, 47 states and territories participated in this national challenge to transform the market for energy-efficient lighting products. The campaign encourage every American to change out old, incandescent bulbs for new, compact fluorescent lamps.
