Kentucky Forges a Comprehensive Energy Strategy

With the governor acting as a champion, diverging interests in state government, extracting industries, and the environmental community came together to forge an energy plan they all can agree on. The process is unique to Kentucky and points the direction for other states to develop meaningful energy plans with public input.
