The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) publishes reports about the savings achieved by state energy offices supported by the State Energy Program (SEP). It also publishes other essential program documents, such as its strategic plan. Most reports that document the energy savings achieved by the program are written by DOE's Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL).
