SEP Special Project, Wisconsin, 2002
The goal of this project is to further the development of the commercial
energy code, a market assessment of the residential new construction
market and the relationship of codes on public benefits intervention
programs, and the development of Wisconsin-specific training curriculum
for residential builders, contractors, code officials, and architects.
