Milwaukee Solar Efforts Support City’s Growing Industry

Since being selected as a Solar America City by the Energy Department in 2008, the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has continued to support the growth of its solar industry with the successful Milwaukee Power Pack pilot program and ongoing incentives for home and business owners. Last week, Energy.gov featured a weeklong blog series on Milwaukee’s solar strides.

Milwaukee is just one city of many across the nation that are, with support from the Energy Department, applying innovative solutions to simplify solar installations and support economic growth.
