SunShot Announces Seven Awardees

This week, the Solar Program selected two university-led projects to receive $10 million over five years for developing advanced concentrating solar power (CSP) system technologies under the MURI: High Operating Temperature Fluids solicitation. In addition, the program announced five new research projects that allow collaborative teams to work together at the Energy Department's Scientific User Facilities with the goal of lowering the cost of photovoltaic and CSP technologies.
