How To Apply
Operators of qualified production facilities may apply to receive Renewable Energy Production Incentive's (REPI) financial incentive payments for electricity produced and sold by eligible renewable energy generation facilities.
Applications must be submitted to the U.S. Department of Energy's Golden Field Office for review. Formal approval of a new facility will be based on the statutory provisions established by the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Part 451 Renewable Energy Production Incentives.
