Operators of qualified production facilities may apply to be considered to receive Renewable Energy Production Incentive's (REPI) financial incentive payments for electricity produced and sold by renewable energy generation facilities. Applying is easy:
Applications are accepted between October 1 and December 31 (the first 3 months of the Federal fiscal year).
Submit a letter, identifying your organization's name, address, phone, email and REPI project number (if you already have one). Within this letter you must also address REPI's 451.8 a-m requirements (PDF 55 KB). Download Adobe Reader. Please include a table with the net kWh by month.
If you are applying to REPI for the first time, you must register online with the federal Central Contractor Registration and complete and submit a Vendor Data Form. After you register, you must wait until you receive a payment letter from DOE to complete the electronic transfer of funds.
