Volunteer Opportunities with EERE

The U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) is seeking eligible candidates to volunteer in our Washington, DC headquarters.
Volunteers will work with Federal employees on diverse projects, help with research and administrative tasks and support EERE's mission to deliver a clean, abundant and reliable energy supply. This opportunity gives volunteers the chance to work on real issues of great importance to the American public.
Volunteers must be U.S. citizens, pass a background check and be available at least part-time for three months. Application may be made directly through the EERE website, at http://www.eere.energy.gov/ba/volunteer.html.
