ESPC Contracting and Negotiations Webinar

Learn more about energy savings performance contracts (ESPCs) from a contracting point of view.  Highlights include a review of enabling legislation, contractor selection process, the project in preparation for negotiations and the approach to making a price reasonableness determination resulting in task order award.  This training is for Federal employees and contractors located at Federal sites.

Please join us for this webcast training session utilizing real-time, live instructors heard through your telephone with presentations viewed through the Internet. This training is for Federal employees and contractors located at Federal sites who are involved in or considering starting an ESPC project at their site. Those not eligible to participate (or register) are employees of ESCO companies, companies that would like to be ESCOs and the general public. There is no charge to participate.
