Assistant Secretary Karsner Opens New York Stock Exchange

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on May 9th announced the listing of the Market Vectors—Global Alternative Energy ETF. The new fund is designed to track the price and yield performance of the global alternative energy industry. Assistant Secretary of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Alexander Karsner participated in ringing the Opening Bell.
