Peer Review Best Practices Workshop: January 26

To ensure that the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy continues to fund a robust portfolio, an information exchange will be held on best practices in merit based peer review processes within the federal and private sectors. The workshop will explore classic peer review processes such as those at NSF, NIH, and the DOE Office of Science for advanced research projects, as well as approaches like those of DARPA and NIST for projects focused on technology development and demonstration having significant industry cost share. Representatives from universities, industry, and venture capital firms will also provide input.
