The Obama Administration, DOE, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, and various federal and state agencies have signed a memorandum of understanding streamlining offshore wind development in the Great Lakes.
DOE has awarded more than $5 million to two companies, based in Minnesota and Michigan, to support research into reducing the cost of advanced fuel cells.
