EIA: U.S. Greenhouse Gas Emissions Grew 0.5 Percent in 2002

DOE's Energy Information Administration (EIA) announced on October 31st that U.S. emissions of greenhouse gases increased only 0.5 percent in 2002, despite a 1.0 percent increase in energy use.
