DESCRIPTION: The Western Area Power Administration and the Federal Energy Management Program would like to assist Federal Agencies in meeting the Energy Policy Act of 2005, Section 203 renewable energy goal, as well as the Executive Order 13514 greenhouse goal. Western can solicit Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) for your Federal Agency through this partnership.
