The webinar will review FEMP’s Assisting Federal Facilities with Energy Conservation Technologies (AFFECT) funding opportunity announcement (FOA) (DE-FOA-0000901) that was issued on November 5, 2013. The AFFECT grant will provide funding for the development of combined heat and power (CHP) and renewable energy capital projects to increase the energy efficiency and renewable energy investments at Federal agency facilities. This webinar will walk agencies through the FOA and participants will have an opportunity to ask questions.
