Streamlining Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) for Small Sites fosters skill in using ENABLE – a streamlined ESPC process that allows smaller facilities to contract with energy service companies (ESCOs) on energy-saving projects. Subject matter includes eligibility criteria, the use of standardized forms as well as self-assessments to reduce application time, costs, reviews, and approvals.
First Thursday Seminars are FEMP training opportunities targeting Federal energy, environmental, and fleet professionals offered at no cost by leading experts. The training sessions are delivered live via satellite or through streaming media at your desktop.
FEMP offers interactive, online First Thursday training courses to help Federal agencies develop core competencies and comply with energy-efficiency and renewable-energy water-management and sustainability requirements. FEMP is partnering with the National Institute of Building Sciences' Whole Building Design Guide (WBDG) to host these comprehensive, FEMP-developed First Thursday training courses.
