| Brief Program Description | Valley Electric Association (VEA) launched the largest domestic solar water heating program in the U.S. We offer this program to our members at 0% interest. This is truly a grassroots project that is built on renewable resources, which will create jobs, lower carbon emissions, and add value to the rural counties of Nevada. It will also save our members money over the life of the unit they purchase. |
