I-BEAM

Educational software and building management tool that integrates indoor air quality (IAQ), energy efficiency and building economic concepts. I-BEAM provides comprehensive guidance for managing and assessing IAQ in offices, schools, universities and various public and institutional facilities.

I-BEAM features easy-to-read and informative text and animations. This material brings together information from a variety of expert sources in a style that is crisp, to the point, and action-oriented. I-BEAM also offers estimation modules that are designed for planning IAQ activities, calculating and recording IAQ-related expenses, estimating their impact on revenues and productivity, and developing reports. Forms and checklists are provided for building audit, daily and periodic maintenance, diagnosing and solving problems, and managing for IAQ. Users may access and print educational text and forms in PDF, or as word processing documents.
