I-BEAM also offers estimation modules that are designed for planning IAQ activities, calculating and recording IAQ-related expenses, estimating their impact on revenues and productivity, and developing reports. Forms and checklists are provided for building audit, daily and periodic maintenance, diagnosing and solving problems, and managing for IAQ. Users may access and print educational text and forms in PDF, or as word processing documents.
